Our limo's and buses travel 45-55 miles per hour. This is for your saftey in back. We sure would not want to spill red wine on that white dress. Try some of our luxury & style that you want and deserve. Valley Limo Service, Inc. / Valley Bus Service, Inc . prides themselves in a clean and non-smoking vehicle. We will be glad to stop for people that want to have a cigarette or a restroom break. If this is an hourly run there is no problem. If this is a flat fee run or special then there is a charge for stopping more than once every two hours of $25.00 per stop. This is also at the drivers discretion. Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles and it will result in more charges. Valley Limo Service, Inc. / Valley Bus Service, Inc. will do it's best to provide you with the limo of your choice. We do reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle in situations that deem necessary. But there is no guarantee on the color of the vehicle. When Valley Limo Service, Inc. / Valley Bus Service, Inc. gets to the destination of the event, The vehicle is locked after everyone is out, and the driver is then on what the federal D.O.T. calls down time. While there is down time i am sorry but there is no access to the limo or bus during this time. If your going to be separated from the driver it's your responsibility to give your driver a cell number or a way for him to get in contact with you so he can pick you up at the location that you want and at the time you want. Our Drivers can not be on duty more than 10 hours at a time. The driver will fill out his federal logbook and that will determine what he can and can not work. Valley Limo Service, Inc. / Valley Bus Service, Inc. reserves the right to decline transportation to any passenger(s) that are DISRUPTIVE, DRUNK, DISORDERLY, ABUSIVE towards any passenger or driver of the vehicle. The renting party takes full responsibility of all passengers above and / or below the legal age for drinking alcohol in the state that we are operating our limos / Buses in. Extra fees will be charged, for damage(s) and / or to the vehicle due to destruction, and / or misuse of the vehicle's equipment and / or accessories and / or additional clean up of the vehicle. Our insurance company requires that any accident be reported to our driver immediately. Please report any / or all claims within 24 hrs. of happening or you could lose any rights to them to the address on the front of this contract. Valley Limo Service, Inc. / Valley Bus Service, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any schedual services due inclement weather or road conditions. If the weather service or law enforcement agency reccommends no travel the trip will be cancelled. If the tempeture or wind chill is below -25 below or a strom advisory is in affect for your safety the trip will be cancelled. We will leave it to the driver if the trip should be cut short or cancelled due to a fast moving storm comming in the area that the limo is running. The D.O.T. has and gives the driver permission to cancell any trip or run for passenger safety. Any trip that is cancelled the money will not be refunded but you will be given up to 6 months to do your trip again by a gift certificate. The temperature in the summer time is also unpredictable. We can not guarantee that he air conditioning is going to keep you cool when it's 80 degree's or more outside. When you have 6-8-10-14-16-30 people stuffed in a small area it's hard to keep things real cool. We do promise you that we will do as much as we can to make this event a special one and that you will have memories that will last forever. Stand-by time only applies in one hour increments and has to be put into the contract when arrangements are being made prior to the event. The only extra charge will come from extra time, damage, or cleaning. If a coupon / or some type of special is used a rental deposit still applies and is not refundable and all charges have to be paid 30 days prior to the event. All rental deposits are non-refundeable. This is a administration fee for holding the limo of your choice for no more than two (2) weeks, making your contract, mailing it to you, extra cleaning and daily maintenance that is needed. Valley limo Service, Inc. / Valley Bus Service, Inc. policy is if any credit is to be given it will be given to you in a gift certificate for you to use in the future. You will have up to 6 months to use and this is subject to availability. If there is a complaint it must come from the person that signed the contract only and needs to be in writing. Valley Limo Service, Inc. / Valley Bus Service, Inc. will work with you to make this a special day. If the bride and groom are making the plans and agree to the contract and our staff makes the contract up the way they want it. The contract can not be changed by anyone else. If forsome reason lets say the mother-in-law is paying for the limo. The one that signs and agrees to the contract and then wants it for more hours than the mother-in-law wants to pay for, the one that makes the contract up is the one that will have to pay the balance. No one else can cancell the contract but the party that signs the contract. any cancellation or changes of time, date or locations of the contract must be in writing only. We guarantee the lowest rates among all of our major competitors for our limo's. we will honor that rate of our competitors and give you an additional 10% discount. Rate of our competitors must be published on line or written paper with the company logo on it for us to beat their price and must be the same size vehicle, same style vehicle. Rate guarantee excludes any peak times, hours, days and holidays. When a rental deposit is put down we stop taking reservation for that limo. The rental deposit holds that limo for no more than two weeks until the contract is signed, paid for and returned. If a rental deposit is given and the contract is not sent back or signed within two weeks the rental deposit is lost and the contract is void. After the contract is signed and payment is made in FULL is when the limo will be held to assure you the rental of the limo. All limo's and buses need to be paid no later than one month prior to the rental date to assure date to assure availability. If the limo has been paid in full, and you need to cancel it must be in writing and you will receive a gift certificate for 1/2 the rental price to be used within 6 months. If the limo is canceled 1 month or less of the event there is NO refund. When you're done with the limo it 's your responsibility to clean your trash that you brought with you. Please remove all bottles, food and papers from the limo before you leave. If you do not an extra charge will apply for extra cleaning and that charge will be billed to you or your credit card of the person that rented the limo. Our hourly charge for extra cleaning is $45.00 per hour with a one-hour minimun charge. Some of our limo's and buses have bathrooms in them. They are not to be used for bottles, full rolls of toilet paper rolls, Aluminum cans. If anything is put in the toilet an automatic $100.00 charge or more will apply. When you put down the time you want the limo to arrive, please make sure you put the correct time down. If on the day of your event you need the limo to arrive sooner, we may not be able to provide you with that service, until the time you requested on the contract. Sometimes we have limos do 3-4 differant runs in one day. If for some reason you need it sooner and we can provide you with that service an extra charge of $100.00 will apply for extra service plus the extra time charge for having the driver get ready. Valley Limo Service, Inc. / Valley Bus Service, Inc. cannot be responsible for any delays, mechanical breakdowns, accidents, baggage, personal items, and or property of passenger(s) that is unattended in the vehicle while or after the limo run. The national limousine Association recommends that the gratuity that is given the driver is 20%. This is a national average amount.
